Warm welcoming friendly staff providing excellent service in all aspect's dental care from the moment you enter the clinic. John, Jennifer, Taelor with (Hygienists) Anne and Kirsty have looked after our family's dental requirements for a number of years now and we have no hesitation in recommending their clinics services.
Dentists are always very friendly and welcoming. They take time to explain their plans for any treatment and give you a chance to decide on an appropriate choice if there is more than 1 available. Always give good advice without being condescending. The reception staff are great and very understanding if you need to move an appointment about. They try to be as accommodating as possible with appointments and from my experience usually have a good choice of dates and times available. They always ask if you would prefer an early or late appointment.
