This is by far the most shocking surgery I have ever encountered in terms of how it is managed. 87 phone calls over 2 days (and yes, its the correct number ) but seemingly they are busy!!!
Disaster of a practice. No organisation and terrible patient service. Allocated appointments are a waste of time as you always wait well over 30 mins sometimes longer. Don't dare question them about it tho as they threaten to call the police. Needs sorted out
Can never get a appointment and phone is always engaged useless
Absolutely useless. Years of trying to time my prescription phone calls into a 3 hour slot, now they have suspended the prescription line. We now have to register online for which we need a registration letter. Unfortunately the practice aren't answering their phones. Customer service has always been poor and this practice regularly rates as the worst in the area. Excellent choice if you never plan on being ill but I don't recommend this practice if you ever get sick.
To be fair, its a busy surgery and yes I would like to get an appointment same day but unless its an emergency you cant. On the whole the staff are good despite what must be a difficult and somewhat thankless job. If we want a better health service we need to pay for it !
