Could do with more open but staff friendly
Typical moto services staff pleasant, cleanliness to standards you would expect along with prices. Brand name outlets Costa, greggs, wh smith etc.
It's ok for a quick pit stop but like any services it's too dam expensive to buy anything. And the loos stank a bit.
Not the cleanest service station. Toilets were stinking. The coffee shop was good with friendly and helpful staffs.
The shower was a shambles. Press the tap and it ran for two second with pressure then turned to a drip. The boiler obviously needs attention. So I sent a text to the area managers number on the board in the foyer. Fair play to the area manager, received a text back thanking for bringing the shower problem to their attention.I took advantage of the Moto app and got a Burger King Whopper meal for 3.99.Not much HGV parking unfortunately.
