Ian Gallacher advertise reputable customer service from qualified professionals In our experience it was anything but. We went to buy a ring for my 70th birthday We were served by a young girl she asked our budget and we told her 4000.00 she showed us a few then she showed us a solitaire which was priced at 4300.00 I really liked it and asked about the clarity. She said she would have to ask Andrew This guy then appeared and seemed quite agitated He said the ring was in the wrong place and he thought it was more like 6000.00 He then went on to say sorry there is no quick fix to this and there was nothing he could do. He did not offer to show us anything else so we had no choice but to leave. I have never been so badly treated in a shop especially when I was prepared to spend so much money. It has totally ruined what should have been a special buy.
