Tom was brilliant - when he arrived he was friendly and very professional. Tom carried out thorough checks of the 4 different carpets and pointed out some staining etc that he would be able to sort out. As the carpets weren't as bad as expected, he was honest and fair and charged slightly less than what I was quoted. We went out running errands while Tom was hard at work and when we came back, the carpets were looking tip-top! He even did a bit of extra hoovering in the entranceway. When Tom left, the place was immaculate - he was neat and tidy from start to finish and we couldn't be happier with the work done today. Highly recommended. Thanks so much Tom!
