Great, efficient, reliable service - quick too !
We use Bob's Locks for the security on a number of doors in our shop in Stirling (and home for that matter). We had an issue late on a Friday afternoon with a lock cylinder which they had previously supplied and fitted a couple of years ago. I called them, they immediately arranged for a locksmith to visit, they called me back and let me know he was on his way, he arrived, fixed the lock in a short period of time and it was covered under warranty. The labour would not normally have been under warranty, but he cut me some slack. Smooth, easy, incredibly fast hassle free service and a nice gesture at the end. It's hard to see how the service could have been any better. Well done to the team at Bob's Locks. Would definitely recommend.
2 yale keys cut in 30 seconds and 2.50 cheaper than Timpsons, great service will use again.
When I contacted Bob's Locks and explained I had a problem with patio doors not locking the chap who answered said he would call back and give me a time for someone to call. He called back within 5 minutes and Bob arrived within 30 minutes. He fixed the doors, which were misaligned , within a short time. He also had a look at all of my external doors and offered free advice on extra security The quote was very reasonable and I was also given a pensioner's discount. Brilliant service!
Excellent service, locksmith was out within 30mins and had everything working again in seconds! Compared to the competition they were reasonably priced and even cut me a replacement key for free. Highly recommend. A++
