Very nice shopping center with a good variety of stores and a number of locations to stop for a cup of coffee or tea. Connected to the bus station and very close to the train station so a good place to wonder while you wait for transport. Information desk was staff with very friendly staff.

The Thistles is a nice shopping centre in the heart of Stirling. It's a good size and has all the shops you expect to see in a modern shopping centre. Once you step outside you have easy access to the train and bus stations or the local tourist attractions.
This and the attached marches have a wide variety of stores catering to everyone with plenty of places for a quick bite as well. The parking isn't too bad especially Sunday and late shopping day Thursdays. The directory is helpful as the shops can change fairly frequently and being indoors helps with the Scottish weather. There is a local info desk but can be a bit hit and miss. Quite often there is some stall or event that showcases depending on season which is quite good.
