Visited Stirling branch to rent a van and was encouraged to join their Car Club by first downloading the app and then go in through a lengthy application/registration process. After all that when the staff contacted their help centres to have it authorized I was told it hadn't worked and would have to go through it all again. I just wanted to hire a van. There was no way I was going through all that again to risk the same end result. Get your tech sorted before wasting a customer's time. I wasn't even offered the van at an equivalent or reduced price to compensate me for all the time wasted but just allowed to leave and take my business elsewhere. I went outside and phoned another rental agency from the car park and a booking was made in minutes for a much cheaper price than Enterprise were asking. Very poor customer service. They obviously do not need the business. Staff were very pleasant but obviously not interested in sorting me out with a deal.
Clean efficient service in Stirling. Got upgraded vehicle because ours was not available at no extra cost.Be aware of the add on costs regarding insurance and deposit. Recommend the full package but research cost before hand.Website is useless as has four different variants. Such as website stated Stirling was closed Sunday's ,and as is not!!!
Great service from pick up to drop off. Reasonably priced van hire and advice on the new car club was of interest to me. No hard sell of any additional insurance but made clear what you were responsible for if additional insurance not taken.Will definitely use again and might join car club just for the option.
Great service. Staff go the extra mile to be as helpful as possible. Wouldn't rent a vehicle from anyone else.
Got a courtesy car from enterprise while my own car was in for repairs after an accident. Staff were fantastic. Really polite and helpful. Car was fantastic! I was sad to have to part with it when my own car was repaired! Got a lift to the garage to collect my car. Would recommend. Great customer service!
