Great service and value
will never use again. Had a tire blowout 30 miles into our 150 mile journey and it took THREE HOURS for the breakdown company to arrive. I had my disabled (terminal cancer, epileptic, wheelchair bound) sister with me who had to sit on the grass verge for an hour. Thanks to a lovely policeman who stopped and allowed us to sit in his car waiting. We were advised to go back to Stirling to collect an alternative. Arrived back at Stirling to be told that they had no suitable cars available (had to have room to take a folded wheelchair in the back). Absolutely diabolical attitude from manager, and incompetency of customer service. Use Arnold Clark - better service and higher standard of vehicles.
Shockingly bad company. Supplied a car to my son that was illegal due to window washer not working. The car was supplied with alloys and body work scratched and damaged all over. The paperwork was put through the letter box with no explanation or signature. Then when the hire company collected the car from the car garage that done his repair they clamed for damage to an alloy wheel. sons excess they are claiming for from insurance company.No wonder they were raided by trading standards in June 2017. Legal action will ensue.Be aware this is a wide boy rip off company. They are not to be trusted.
Exceptional service when we asked for exchange of our car that had a fault when we picked it up in Edinburgh the staff were only to happy to assist.
Absolutely awful costumer service. Was left 5 hours with a flat tyre just outside Stirling. After 3 hours and the 15th phone call, I slightly raised my voice on the phone as I had people waiting for me under the rain to go pick up, and the phone was hung up on me!! Absolutely shocking! The person on the phone told me 5 times he would have called me back and never called me back, his excuse being he was the only person in the branch working and he had other costumers to think about. Not sure this is a valid excuse for leaving me 5 hours waiting under the rain. I will throw away my Loyalty Card and never rent a car with Europcar again.
