Part of the exhaust that was replaced following an MOT caused another section to break, the garage fixed the issue at no extra cost even though the breakage was not technically due to any fault of theirs. All this coupled with good and prompt service overall.
The car was in for an MOT and we were told strut needed repaired to pass, cost 224.00 . Second opinion from Arnold Clark and the car passed, no problems. How can this garage be part of the "Good Garage Scheme" and I felt as a female motorist they were ripping me off.
I've had the best mechanic but now needed a new one and have heard good things about this garage. The MOT took a few days which I thought was fair as I just turned up and didn't book it in. Communication could be better, especially as they seem to have a dedicated office manager, I had to keep calling to find out where things were at. The only thing I was particularly disappointed by was having to pay 50 to scan the car to then be sent to another garage to pay 50 to scan it again. Although a little cheeky I was grateful because the scan was wrong and the others fixed an easy fault that the scan was saying was a new part.
