They've got the patter and seemingly backed by Good Garage, but reality is that they can't fix a problem and give the car back saying all is ok but you get in and drive it and not clearly fixed within first 300m. Mechanic has put some weasely note on the invoice saying "needs more investigation". Seems to be ok if the fault comes up on diagnostic, otherwise it is an expensive trial and error of numerous parts, chargeable of course.
5 stars for the service from all the staff whenever I have needed them. Everyone seems genuinely keen to be helpful and simple checks and reassurances are done swiftly and often without cost. Obviously involved work needs to be done from time to time and the staff both front of house and round the ramps are excellent and the prices very competitive. Advice and money saving options always available on the phone and in person and I'm at the point where I trust the garage to be giving me relevant repair suggestions and not just hitting targets. Taken my vehicle here for almost a year and will continue to do so for the foreseeable. Excellent garage and thoroughly recommend to anyone.

Took my car here for a service, which was completed well and I have full confidence in the work undertaken. I felt the price was very good value, especially compared to some of the big names which were looking to charge a lot more. There was a small issue with my wheel nuts (an existing problem before I went to Kilgannon Motors) and this is where they really excelled. Went out of their way to replace the wheel knuts and give me replacement screw caps to cover the nuts, all as part of the service. Could not fault them and at all and customer service was exemplary. Will definitely be back.
