Our hard drive and monitor on our laptop stopped working. We took it to NRG and they fixed it quite quickly. It is now better than ever. We were very pleased with the service and the price was incredibly reasonable. I can only sing the praises of the staff at NRG for the time, patience and effort they put into addressing my issues. They were more than helpful, with a prompt efficient service and were careful to address all my concerns as well as explaining what they had done...in terms I could understand and not jargon as I have experienced elsewhere - particularly with the "big" companies.I genuinely can't understand the other negative comments posted.
I'd been hesitant about coming here after reading the previous reviews, but urgently needed a part that I couldn't source on the internet. The young lad who dealt with me was very patient and helpful. He didn't have the particular make and model of the component that I was looking for, but he explained in some detail why the part he did have should be fine. It was. I've fitted it without any problem. It was slightly more expensive than I was being quoted online, and I had to pay for parking, but then I did get the part in my hand and the computer it was for is now up and working again.
