Just recently joined the practice last year after moving about and the staff are very friendly and the docs are compassionate compare to all the other ones ive been to and set in nice location.
The receptionists here are always really friendly, and every doctor or nurse I've seen here has been great, especially Dr Smith. The only drawback is the wait, but you can tell the staff are doing everything they can.
Reception staff extremely rude and unprofessional seem to be unwilling to offer solutions to minor issues. Should not be working there as totally unsuitable for the job
Last year I had good experiences with this doctors but this year 2 out of 3 visits have been horrible and a waste of time. There is nearly always a long wait here but I waited for an hour after checking in only to find out the receptionist had never signed me in, luckily a different receptionist promptly fixed that and I was out within 5 minutes of complaining.A week after the nurse was off sick so my appointment was cancelled however I did not know this until 10 minutes after my scheduled appointment time when I spoke to a receptionist about how long the wait may be.Because of the good experiences and Dr Gray who is excellent, I am not giving 1 star but 3.
Dr Gray is the only reason I stay with this practice. She is warm, kind and patient. She is constantly running late because she takes the time with each patient to really assess what is going on. I never mind having to wait because I know I will be afforded the same time as the person before me.
