Really good service on two occasions. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Unfriendly bad manneted and unhelpful reception staff. Untidy and old waiting area.
My GP is himself fantastic and I can't praise him enough. However Viewfield medical who operate out of here are shockingly bad, trying to get an appointment is near to impossible you could probably get an appointment with the Queen of England easier. Reception staff seem to be deliberately obstructive and as awkward as possible. They have even in the past refused to attend a sick family member inspire of multiple calls from myself and NHS24 who instructed them to attend.
