Went into the tourist office to ask what events were on in Sterling the lady behind the desk was only Interested in selling us tickets for the castle she was most sour and dour and rude person ive ever come across in a tourist information office she must of had a hangover from burns night and was not welcoming or helpful at all put me off visiting scotland all together!!!!

Visited with my children thoroughly enjoyed it very informative and brilliant one man show taking us around, would recommend as a must do, also fantastic views at the top, very funny and relaxed tour.
