I compete in powerlifting and strongman and I'm at the stage I need regular maintenance on my back. Gordon at Elite sporting performance certainly makes me feel brand new again every time I see him for a sports massage. So much so that I've booked in to see him on a month by month basis now. If you want to be the best you gotta use the best.
I've attended Gordon multiple times for sport relating injuries with relief in knowing the problem would be fixed. ESP have effective sport massages and they are very knowledgeable in the work they do.
These are the best physio's I have ever seen. I have competed in sport since I was 4. Through gymnastics, taekwondo and rugby I now compete in weightlifting and am currently in the running to qualify for the commonwealth games next year. Over a 26 year competitive sports career, I have had my fair share of injuries and seen many physios along the way. It can take a lot of trial, error, time and money to find a physio that is merely good. The guys at ESP Physiotherapy are, in my opinion, the best in Scotland. I have lived in Aberdeen and now Glasgow, there is a reason I have made the drive to Grangemouth/Sterling/Edinburgh for all my pre and rehab physiotherapy needs.
The guys at ESP have done a great job in getting me back feeling fit. After sitting around for 3 months hoping a knee injury that was preventing me from training would pass I booked in to see Lewis. A few months down the line I feel strong again and my training is gradually getting back to where It was! Top job. Thanks guys!
