Also, throughout the session she explains what she is doing and why, which makes the treatment feel safe and comfortable. She has helped me greatly to prepare for my upcoming half marathon! Lindsey is extremely thorough by asking a full history and what the issue was. She then explained everything to me as and when she was giving the treatment.
