Have been struggling with leg pain for a while now, have tried a few different physios locally. Each time I left not feeling sure if it was any clearer to me what the problem was. Lewis @ ESP Physio in Stirling is by a mile the best physio session I have had out of them all. Within 10mins of meeting him and a thorough examination of my leg, he knew exactly what the problem was, and took plenty of time explaining it in detail. I left with many stretches to do, including stretches to progress on to at a later date. Also a useful email with the whole session in notes. Finally after many months of pain, its been a week since I visited ESP and my leg finally is starting to feel normal again, enough to start running again. I cant recommend Lewis and ESP Stirling enough. Wish I had went there from the beginning.
I received treatment on an ankle injury today that was not improving after three weeks, already I feel a massive improvement and greater mobility and less pain, No doubt Lewis and his team are the best in the business, Many Thanks.
I seriously hurt my back playing rugby and having went through 5 different physios all telling me I needed to stretch my hamstrings and strengthen my core. I was at wits end knowing in my heart it was something more. Lewis at ESP was able to diagnose that I had a possible fracture and got me set up with x-ray and mri scan to prove the fact that it was fractured. Once we went through all possible options he got me pain free and back in a position where I could train with heavy weights and even play rugby again! If it wasn't for the guys at ESP I could quite possibly have been in a wheelchair by now.
Had pulled muscles in both legs and was struggling to get about. I booked in with Lewis for an hour for a sports massage and the pain was well worth it. Almost instant relief and allowed me to get back to it asap. Top bloke and good banter flung in

Extremely easy to book an appointment, very straight forward process, the guy is awesome and really friendly. For what you pay you wouldn't expect to get such high class treatment for that at ESP. With MXP it is also a great location in central Scotland and Would definitely recommend
