Excellent service from Chris Henderson buying a used 3 series. Couldn't fault the attention to detail and they make a really good cup of mint tea too!
Friendly service lots of staff smile, which is rare in these garages usually. But almost all staff acknowledge you which is good. Was in buying mats today. Saw a head up display and recording cameras , some more information and prices would be good as I couldn't get the information I needed. But all in 5 star service so far!
Phoned earlier in the day and was told they had the car we wanted in stock. When we showed up we were made to wait 30 mins to talk to the salesman who then told us they did not have what we wanted and that he had made a mistake.All in all we wasted an hour of our time for something that could have easily been checked. Ended up buying from Eastern BMW instead.
Possibly the worst experience I have ever had dealing with a car dealership. Not the type of service you would expect from BMW. Promised call back after call back about upgrading my car that I had recently bought from them but never heard anything back. If they were unable to do me a deal then I would have appreciated being told so instead of me calling up every day for 2 weeks wondering why I hadnt been contacted even after being promised they would call be back with an offer. Shocking service. Go else where!!!
