Do not normally take my car to Audi as no garage near me. However there was a safety recall the work for which is only funded at an Audi garage. I booked an appointment to include a map update and made it very clear I wanted both to be done at the same time. They then went away to confirm and rang me back the next day to confirm an appointment. Now having taken it in the map upgrade is apparently on back order. From my initial conversation I wonder if it has been used for another perhaps more regular customer but of course this is denied. Very unhappy...Update. Arrived back at the end of the day and they had obviously seen this review. They had sourced the map update although had not managed to load it. The car was left with them overnight, the maps were loaded and delivered back the following day. Every business has problems and it is important how you deal with them. In this case reasonable effort was made to resolve the issue hence changed from one star to three.
Motability-Great First experiencei went down to the showroom on Monday afternoon to make a few enquirers regarding an A3 S-Line on motability. when i got there i was very impressed with the showroom and all the cars on display, nice to see the actual car i was looking for out on display. i was lefty alone to brows on my own for a good amount of time so i could sit in the car and look around it and get a feel for the car. then i was approached and asked if i needed any help i asked for a Motability specialist and was given a cup of amazing coffee with a biscuit (Nice touch by the way) while i waited i spoke to Andy and he was able to answer all my questions in a very polite and friendly manner, we sat and had a chat and i sorted a test drive there and then, i was very surprised to get a test drive in the exact car i was looking for , it went really well so i place my order and get it in about march, highly recommend this dealership, looking forward to returning to get my new car

Put my A4 in for a warranty inspection regarding issues with corrosion. First off service was great with no issues whatsoever and was told in would have a reply within 6/8 weeks. Since then I've called on 4 different occasions and each time I was promised someone would call back with update and solution which did not happen.Nearly 4 months later still had no contact.
Took my car here to get repaired after terrible customer service from Dundee Audi (who are 20 miles closer to me). I would highly recommend going the extra distance to get your car sorted here as when I called up to find out when I could get my booked in, I was immediately put through to a very helpful adviser who got me booked in for the following week. The staff at the garage were very pleasant and helpful and the cost of getting my car fixed was completely reasonable.
