The experience was very uplifting, I dealt with Craig who could not have been more helpful and pleasant. During the transaction which was taking place between Craig and myself Mr Hardie came over for a chat, he made me feel very welcome and at home top marks
I am very disappointed with the way I was treated , I walk into the service department and asked if someone could have a look at my car as a engine management light has come on and according to the book it's to do with emissions so a male at the service counter told me that they charge 59 to plug the car into a diagnostic machine to which I questioned , I then asked for prices for a new battery, air filter,oil filter, 4 spark plugs, 5lt oil,front wiper blades, rear wiper blade, as I could get them from Thompson motor factors to which he replied that they should be able to compete as long as it's not Suzuki parts , he then got someone (male) from parts department who came through, asked me the reg number and a list ,he then came back about 10 mins later and all his costs were almost double so I said that the other male said that you would be able to compete to which his reply was nothing he can do so I asked for the estimate to which he replied do you want the parts if not you don't need the estimate. So I asked the first male I spoke to what have I said or done to be treated so disrespectful and he replied it works both ways , I said so what have I said or done and he replied if you don't want the parts or the diagnosis there's the door. So I replied there won't be a third time and left quietly and if you don't believe me check your security cameras thank you. And may I say I would not even rate this garage with 1 star but it doesn't let you rate them unless you rate at least 1 star
Albeit they no longer deal with Peugeot cars they have still maintained their high customer service and values in their new franchise with Suzuki cars. I am highly impressed.
