Very mediocre service.First, the good, a nice condition Leon as I was looking to swap my Golf for a more economical car.The Leon I bought was well prepared, serviced, and has a 12 month Seat used warranty.The deal was OK, and Sam Pilgrim deserves props for being so patient with me, I was away on business a lot and not easy to get hold of - Sam persevered.Now the bad - 4 weeks on from the handover and I had heard nothing, nothing from DVLA, no confirmation from VW finance on the Golf account being complete. I called VW finance today, discovering that payment from Morrisons to clear the finance had only been made from Morrisons yesterday (13th Nov), suspiciously close to an unanswered email I sent to Sam asking what was going on. This means that the settlement had expired, and that I'd made 2 additional payments to VW finance for a car I no longer owned. Also another month road tax lost on Golf - all due to Morrisons poor process and lack of follow-through.My advice to anyone thinking of buying a car from Morrisons is to watch them like a hawk and make sure everything is done when you are there or expect it not to happen unless you chase it. Overall a poor experience compared to other dealers I've used and not sure I'd use them again.
