i rented my property out through homes4u and have just received the keys back as tennent has vacated the property i have never in my life seen damage like it theres no way the property has been looked after why do you pay 50.00 a month when you dont get your rent on time or you get it in instalments !!!!!!!!!! then they allow your property to be destroyed and expect you to accept it and pay them for the pleasure my advise dont let them get their hands on your property .
