Manager David Balfour answered on my email promptly and everything was easy and clear to understand . I am on zero contract and David arranged appointment in our flat with Ednan Mohammed. He is the best to dealing with with NHS Staff Bank zero hours contracts ! Really easy to deal with . Everything was organised smoothly without any stress. We had only one appointment and we exchanged many emails and phone calls .I am happy that my new build developer recommended them to me . That is really important to have such a good service . You should provide solicitor service as well as I had terrible experiences with other company.
Please make sure someone deal with your case who knows how to deal with Banks queries, Lisa had no idea about the things banks were asking. They promise you that they will get the mortgage but some of their staff is very inexperienced. Beware
