Been in one of their properties for the past 18 months and its been fantastic. The process of moving securing and moving into the flat was simple, fast and professional. The flat was immaculate and well maintained. If there has even been any snagging issues with the property, they have always got back to us in the same day with a solution. All the staff have been incredibly friendly and offered a professional service. Cant recommend them enough!
Avoid like the plague! My impression at first that this was a fairly well run rental office in Stirling however after some experience Its was evident that there is no interest in supporting the tenant.Everything is geared to pleasing the landlords .No clue about inspections,how to properly maintain a property.Just fill the bank and please the landlord.There are far better more proffessional rental companies in th is area.Deal at your own risk to losing your depsoit

They ask for work and landlord refereces, but give absolutely no indication of what they want. They do not even have the standard form that your HR department or your current landlord can fill out. For a company that has an office in London, I would expect a bit more. I am sure as hell not going to do their job for them.A bit of a joke if you ask me...
