Despite me looking shabby and driving a 20 year old car I was always treated like a serious customer and not a tyre kicker. I was offered a seat and tea or coffee whilst waiting. Very pleasant young man showed me the car and explained different features during test drive. Once I had decided to buy the car I met the salesman who was also very polite and took me through the finance options etc. I was never under any pressure and allowed to take my time. The car was delivered on time and I was shown how everything worked by another polite member of staff. I would certainly buy again from this dealership as I am extremely happy with the car and the level of service that I received from them.
