First class initially!!!!! Then not starting in cold, car taken back for repair but their mechanic stating no probs. Car would not start again and taken to toyota garage who said battery not charging. Vauxhall garage unwilling to change battery. Had to replace battery in car bought seven weeks previously myself when fault obvious in first week as did not want daughter stranded. Turned out only first class when wanting sale
If I could give this no stars I would. Think you get a great car, as I know the car make sold to me is fantastic. Especially for having children, as i am now pregnant. I bought the car to then have a million problems that they have still not fixed 2 months on. To say I am livid is an understatement. Should have went back to parks and got a different make. Would have been more reliable than this car. Sales team help you only if you go to shop. Any other communication had been awful
Cant thank Lynsey enough for her help today. I purchased my car from another branch of Arnold Clark who were extremely unhelpful when a fault occurred. One phone call to the Vauxhalls Stirling branch my car was booked in within a few minutes, my fault had been identified and my car is being repaired at a time which suits me next week. Enjoyed visiting recently to buy a Golf. Martyn Allan was really helpful and appreciated him not trying to sell us anything we didnt want. He made the whole process run really smoothly and solved any issues we had. He ensured the car was spotless and had new mats on pick up. He was really lovely to us and we appreciate his help.The whole branch was really helpful with my 3 year old being with us on pick up. She still loves her toy van and loved the childs area and iPads. It made pick up much more enjoyable and less stressful.

He was not your stereotype car salesman trying to sell you something you didn't want or telling you anything to make a sale.
