I put my van in for a service which costs over 400. When i left the garage i realised no water had been put in window washers. On my reciept i have been charged for it SHOCKING. Makes me wonder what else have i been charged for that has not been carried out. Scary
Fantastic customer service from Nissan Stirling. From first looking at car, getting finance sorted and picking it up has been so easy. David the salesperson was fantastic, extremely professional and kept me up to date with the whole process and even arranged to have my private plate changed over to new car. I even got a beautiful bunch of flowers when I picked the car up. Very personal service can't rate David and the garage highly enough
Brilliant service!! Eddie Allan was a great salesman, very attentive and came up with exactly what we were looking for. The car was used but was in pristine condition on collection - couldnt fault anything about our experience! To top it off, there was a promotion on for the World Cup to guess the number of balls in the boot, my 8 year old son won this and was presented at his school with a Switzerland top (his choice) and 20 footballs for his school!! All round, a great experience - we will definitely be back when we are looking for a trade in and have already recommended Eddie to a family member!! Keep up the good work!!
