This is a lovely hotel. Smart, clean and contemporary in design. Effective and helpful staff, nice food and great location. Car park is a bit of a squeeze for anyone with a vehicle larger than a push bike!
Absolutely outstanding service from the minute you walked through the main door. The staff couldn't have been any nicer or more helpful. Also we were able to upgrade to a suite with no hassle at all. Rooms are absolutely stunning and so clean. Would highly recommend and will come back.
We read all reviews online and were a bit wary of a lot of small complaints but we thought the hotel was excellent. We booked an Itison db&b deal. Good service, friendly staff, good quality dinner and breakfast. Drinks average prices. Beds were comfortable. Decor was really nice. We would advise a room upgrade as the rooms are large and less bunched together as the normal rooms. Will go back.
Spent my anniversary here for a special break. Big thanks to the young team of employees made the day so memorable. Bed breakfast and dinner was the deal. Found the boutique style slightly different to our trips up north to highland bed and breakfast. Position was near Stirling Castle and the city centre shops. Up the hill from the shops. 200m good walk. Cleanliness was good yet not perfect. Our room was deliberately upgraded so very spacious. Large bed. Large bathroom and large shower. Large tv. Better than average selection of channels. Evening meal was to be part of a deal. 40 paid toward cost. Could have kept cost down but chose to go over. Excellent service and superb food. All-around good experience.
What A lovely restaurant and service from all the staff. Great food, we had a lovely celebratory lunch with cocktails afterwards. where my Mum and Dad had a beautiful Dinner and lovely Double room (a little tight with my wheelchair) fabulous bathroom. They had a great stay. The Christmas special lunch menu was great value also. Thank you to all the staff who helped make my Mum and Dad's day so special.
