Friendly staff, very quiet. Good place to stay.
Typical Premier Inn, you know what you are getting and it's good value
Have stayed in this hotel quite a number of times now and have never had any complaints to make. They have decent WiFi coverage and I usually have my laptop connected to the TV so I can stream Now TV, Netflix, etc. should I feel inclined to do so. There is a Beefeater bar and restaurant on the hotel grounds that serves great Pub Grub, light bites, unlimited breakfasts. The prices for the hotel are very reasonable and great value for money.It is situated just off the M9 which makes it a great starting point for daily excursions across the Central Belt.The staff are always pleasant, helpful and nothing is too much trouble.
Nice welcome at the Premier inn Stirling, however there was a musty smell in the room , which we identified as the shower curtain in the bathroom. This was noticeable as soon as we walked into the room....not an isolated case as we have experienced this in other (not all) Premier Inns ..which is slightly off putting .Perhaps more effort could be made to avoid this unfortunate occurrence.
Brewers fayre let's it down again girl that waited on table around table no 20 to 40 was miserable felt uncomfortable with her demeanor. Staffing issues quite often are the reason for a poor review of premier inns but you never hear what they are doing to improve.
